Independence Day

We had a good time cooking and swimming this afternoon for the 4th! Josh eventually had to leave us and work the Frisco Freedom Festival, so me and the kiddos set out to see fireworks on our own.  Colton was awesome as usual; he went to sleep at his normal bedtime but was woken by the fireworks (he went right back down when we got home...good boy).  He watched the lights in the sky and got really big-eyed during the finale.  Lil loves to see the fireworks, so I am glad we decided to go even though Daddy couldn't join us.
